Tennis is available at Rye tennis club.
Go-Karting is available locally at the Souths leading race track
There are several good Golf courses with driving ranges near-by.
Horse riding is also available locally.
The Historical ' Cinque Port' town of Rye, is only a few miles
away, and has many antique shops. lots of lovely cafes and restaurants and lovely wine bars and pubs with live music on many evenings.There are regular guided walks in the town. Many places of Historic interest locally, from castles, National Trust houses, and historical sites. Battle is under 30 minutes away and Dungeness just 15 minutes away, the only desert in UK
Food and Wines
We are surrounded by some of the finest fisheries, farmland and vineyards in the country, and have a wealth of great places to eat locally, from Michelin starred restaurants, to Gastro-pubs, and fish-shacks on the beach. The many local vineyards offer guided tours, and tastings and there are regular tours of the ancient underground wine cellars at Winchelsea

We have a BKSA kitesurfing school, teaching offering tuition for all levels, along with Kite-buggy and kite land-boarding. Water-skiing, Wakeboarding, Jet-skiing, Flyboarding, Paddle-boarding, Windsurfing, Kayaking, plus daily power boat trips, and boat trips to Hastings are run from Rye Harbour
Yoga and Spa Treatments
We have a great local yoga studio at the Gallivant Hotel, with yoga on the beach when weather permits, and their Beach Hut Spa, offering great treatments. Private yoga and pilates sessions, massage and spa treatments can be arranged at the house, or on the beach.
